Digital Downloads Help

Digital Downloads are computer files that are delivered to you via download immediately after you purchase them. On your order confirmation screen, you will be given a link. Open this link and you will be presented with links to download the file(s) you purchased. Be certain to bookmark the page should you ever need to download these files again. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to download your purchase. The download is available for the next 72 hours or 3 download attempts. You should download your purchase to your computer's hard drive. Once downloaded, use appropriate software to access the file as outlined below. Future access to the file is not provided—please archive your downloaded files for future use.

Digital Downloads are only available through online purchase. They cannot be purchased via phone or mail.

Dial-Up

File sizes of downloads vary depending on many factors (file type, length, etc.). The download size will be listed with the product description. A good rule of thumb is to expect a dial-up account to take about 5 minutes per 1 meg to download. Broadband and high-speed accounts will download significantly faster.

MP3 Files

MP3 files are audio files of speeches, audio books, etc. To utilize these files, your computer will need an MP3 player. Most newer systems will come equipped with software to play MP3 files. For older Windows systems, Winamp is an excellent free MP3 player.

ZIP files

Many of our downloads are provided in ZIP format. This is a compression format designed to save space and condense multiple files into one download. Before you can use these downloaded files, you must unZIP them. Most newer computers can unZIP files without additional software. PKWare is the developer of the ZIP format and offers free unZIP utilities for most systems.
